Your uniformed service technician will arrive in a fully stocked service vehicle, meaning most repairs are completed without the technician having to run over to the parts house or back to our warehouse. We understand that your time is valuable and we’re going to try to get you taken care of as soon as possible.
The technician will arrive at your house when we’ve scheduled them to, on your time-table, and we’ll give you the option of receiving a text message or a courtesy call before they arrive so you aren’t jumping to look out the window every time someone drives down the street. If you choose to receive a text message, you’ll even be able to track the technicians progress to your home on your smartphone!
Your phone call will be answered by a live person – no pressing 1 for this department, or pressing 0 to talk to the operator. In the evenings, our phones are forwarded to an answering service that has strict instructions to get in touch with the manager on call no matter the hour.
